Ventilated FIBC solutions
- At Shree Shakti, ventilated FIBC solutions for breathable goods are configured around the product’s airflow requirement, moisture sensitivity, storage duration, outdoor exposure, filling method and transport route. The bag design can include ventilated fabric, mesh panels, UV-stabilised fabric, suitable lifting formats and customer-specific printing to support cleaner handling from farm to warehouse.
- Manufactured under quality systems such as ISO 9001 and supported by responsible manufacturing systems including ISO 14001, our ventilated FIBC solutions are designed with attention to product protection, handling safety and export-readiness.

Packaging Challenges
We Design Around
Airflow and moisture build-up
Ventilated fabric, mesh sections and breathable bag construction help reduce moisture trapping
Spoilage and product deterioration
For breathable goods, the bag must allow air circulation while still supporting containment, lifting and practical handling through the supply chain.
Product pressure and shape control
Bag construction, fabric strength and filling volume are selected to reduce excessive bulging, product pressure and unstable stacking.
Rough handling during collection and transport
Loop design, SWL/SF selection, seam construction and lifting format are matched to forklift, crane, hook or warehouse handling requirements.
Product identification and segregation
Printed bags, coloured fabric options, batch labels, QR codes or customer-specific markings can help separate product type, grade, origin, destination or batch.
Pest and contamination exposure
Where required, mesh or mosquito-net style solutions can be reviewed.
