Quality Manufacturing

Quality Manufacturing

Quality By Process

Quality is controlled across every stage: from raw material verification and in-process checks to finished-bag testing, traceability and final dispatch.

Our fully equipped QC laboratory enables in-house testing for strength, UV exposure, lifting, stacking, electrostatic performance and liner integrity, supported by third-party validation for design-specific UN-certified bags

Material & Production Control

Raw Material & Tape Verification

Polymer consistency, tape dimensions and tensile performance are checked to support consistent fabric strength and finished-bag performance.

Fabric, Webbing & Liner Checks

Fabric GSM and tensile strength, webbing performance, liner properties and component dimensions are evaluated against the approved fabric specification.

In-Process Production Monitoring

Checks during extrusion, weaving, cutting, printing and stitching help identify dimensional, construction and workmanship issues before final assembly.

Performance & Safety Testing

Top-Lift & Load Performance

Finished FIBCs are tested under load to assess lifting-loop performance, seam behaviour and suitability for the specified safe working load and safety factor.

UV & Electrostatic Testing

QUV accelerated weathering equipment is used to evaluate UV-related material performance. Dedicated breakdown-voltage equipment supports testing of Type B FIBCs.

UN Drop & Stacking Validation

Drop and stacking checks can be conducted in-house for routine performance verification.

Traceability & Dispatch Control

Continuous Numbering & Batch Traceability

Continuous numbers can be printed directly on FIBCs, allowing individual bags or production batches to be linked with manufacturing and inspection records.

Pre-Dispatch Inspection

Finished-bag construction, dimensions, printing, labelling, packing and order specifications are checked before release for dispatch.

Export Packing & Container Readiness

Bale or pallet condition, packing configuration and container readiness are reviewed to reduce the risk of damage, incorrect loading or shipment-related quality issues.

Hygiene & Product Protection

Food-Grade Production Controls

Food-grade FIBCs are supported through controlled material handling, production hygiene, metal detection and checks suited to sensitive product applications.

Liner Integrity Testing

Liner bursting, M-bar and dart-impact testing help evaluate liner strength and resistance to damage during filling, handling and transportation.

Hygiene & GMP Practices

Defined hygiene practices, controlled handling and GMP-based procedures help reduce contamination.
